Refer-a-Friend Scheme

We operate a Refer-a-Friend scheme, where we offer £10 off future sessions if someone books a treatment as a result of your recommendation.

To qualify you must send the details of the person being referred to referrals and when they call they must quote your name.

After the first meeting has been booked and attended, Transformation Hypnotherapy & NLP will contact you to confirm the new discounted rate. No communication will be entered into about the outcome or purpose of the meetings to either party.

Transformation Hypnotherapy & NLP reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Scheduling an Appointment

At the time of booking an appointment, you will be asked to leave a contact address and phone number. It is the client's responsibility to inform Transformation & Hypnotherapy NLP of any change of contact details during their treatment.

Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment the client accepts that any cancellations and rescheduling of appointments require 48 hours notice. It is further understood that if you fail to attend or cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you (the client) will be charged the full session fee.

Payments

Payments can be made by cheque (with a bankers card holding a guarantee for the full session fee), cash, Visa or Mastercard. The appointment fee must be paid in full by the end of each session.

Confidentiality

Unless required by a court of Law, everything discussed with a client is treated as confidential and will not be discussed outside the therapy session.

Who We Cannot Treat

Hypnotherapy cannot be used to treat any individual suffering from psychosis or personality disorders nor children under the age of 7.

Code of Ethics

We adhere to a strict Code of Ethics laid down and monitored by The National Council for Hypnotherapy.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a formal complaint, in the first instance please contact Neil Foster who will aim to resolve the matter. If no resolution can be found, then you may contact the National Council for Hypnotherapy and follow the offical Complaints Procedure.
