Transformation Hypnotherapy & NLP take your privacy concerns very seriously and confirms to users of this site that we will not sell, rent or disclose individual user information to others and will only share information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Transformation Hypnotherapy & NLP are committed to developing long lasting relationships based on trust. Transformation Hypnotherapy & NLP will do everything in its power to ensure that your right to privacy is maintained and protected. This website is not directed at children under 16 years of age.
We are committed to keeping customer information confidential and used solely for the purpose of serving you better. We will only use data in full compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and will only use information collected about you lawfully in accordance with the Act and this policy. Any information you provide will be kept confidential.
Recordings
To enable us to offer a CD of your session, we record it. No recordings are made without your prior knowledge or consent.
We retain the recording for a maximum of 30 days, at which time the recording is deleted. It cannot be recovered or reproduced after the 30 day period.
All therapy sessions provided to children will be recorded (in all instances). A parent or an accompanying adult must also be present. The recording will be stored indefinitely.
Accuracy and Updating Information
You don't need to provide any personal information to access our site. However, if you use the Call Back facility or email us with a query we will only use that information to respond to your request, we will not permanently store your email or contact details and they will be deleted after 60 days.
If you become a client of Transformation Hypnotherapy & NLP we will store personal information to enable us to contact you either in relation to your treatment or appointment.
We will also offer the option of you being added to our mailing list to be informed of offers and forthcoming Group Classes. You may opt out of this mailing at any time by emailing optout@transformationhypnotherapy.co.uk.
We endeavour to keep our information accurate and up to date. If you want to change or check any data we hold on you please email us at data@transformationhypnotherapy.co.uk.
Website Tracking
We do not use cookies directly. We use Google Analytics (www.google.co.uk/analytics) for general website visitor analysis but we cannot guarantee that they would not use cookies for this tracking.
