We run regular group sessions, for weight loss, past life regression, coaching workshops, hypno-birthing and sports performance workshops and relaxation/stress management.

The benefits of these groups include;

Meeting people who are in a similar position or have similar interests.
The forum for you to become involved and see How It Works in a more relaxed environment (rather than the individual focus in a 1 to 1 session).
They give you an opportunity to try hypnosis & NLP before committing to an individual session.
The costs are reduced compared to 1 to 1 sessions.

All group sessions are held at our offices in Rodney Street, Liverpool. Group sessions are held in a luxurious oak panelled room, with plenty of space, providing the perfect environment to relax.

Class sizes vary dependent on the type of session, but groups never exceed 20 to ensure we can dedicate the time to all attendees and to ensure the maximum success rate.

Due to the popularity of these courses and with places being limited booking is essential. Full payment of the fee is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by VISA or Mastercard.

Hypno-Birthing Classes
