Hypnotherapy for anxiety involves changing the way your subconscious mind views situations, so that it stops giving you an automatic anxiety response. Our therapist, Neil Foster, will work with you to develop the right set of techniques to make you feel better and calmer, so you can stop worrying and get on with living.

You'll also learn techniques that you can take away and use whenever you need. If required, we'll produce a CD for you, to play anytime you want a boost. Many people find that just one session is enough to ease the anxiety, together with the CD and techniques to use in day-to-day life. However, before your first session Neil will talk to you about the nature of your condition and the number of sessions needed.

We can see you anytime between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Friday and appointments can normally be scheduled for within 48 hours of you contacting us.
